Infographic: Back to School Budgeting

In the month of August, American Consumer Credit Counseling’s poll asked our respondents about back to school budgeting. School shopping is the second biggest spending season of the year, and budgeting can help consumers stay on track financially. As per the responses we received from the poll, 46% of the respondents budget for shopping. In addition, a majority 61% of respondents say that clothing and shoes are their biggest expense. Check out this month’s infographic to see more interesting facts. Click on the image to see the full size PDF or to download it. Remember that our credit counseling advice is to always save for school supplies ahead of time to avoid credit card debt. Finally, stay tuned for next month’s poll!
