Despite recent reports of uptick in consumer confidence, our recent survey found that over half of consumers are worried about money every single day, and more than thirty percent do nothing to prevent their fear from happening. This comes at the heels of earlier consumer reports from Bloomberg indicating that consumer spending confidence levels were approaching a seven year high. For people working with a tight budget and trying to manage credit card debt, confidence may not be as high, and these fears could be closer to reality.
